Tidy the kitchen
Clear counters and sinks; remove dish towels, refrigerator magnets, and papers.
Refresh bathrooms
Put away toiletries and shower products, straighten towels, and close toilet lids.
Bedrooms & living spaces
Make beds, arrange pillows, and tidy furniture and surfaces.
Prepare outdoor areas
Move cars away from the home, hide bins and hoses, and straighten patio furniture.
Put away pet items
Hide bowls, beds, toys, and litter boxes; secure pets away from the photo areas.
Do a final walkthrough
Turn off TVs and ceiling fans, and check that every room is ready.
