360 Realty Photos
Neighborhood Media License
This license applies to neighborhood photos and horizontal or vertical videos downloaded through a paid 360 Neighborhood Media membership. It is separate from the terms for a commissioned property shoot.
Your use rights
For each file licensed with a membership credit, 360 Realty Photos grants the account holder a permanent, non-exclusive right to use and edit that file in the account holder’s own real estate marketing, including social posts, websites, presentations, email, and listing campaigns. These rights continue after membership cancellation. A contractor may handle a file solely to create or publish marketing for the account holder.
Restrictions
Do not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute a file as standalone stock media, or provide it to another agent or business for their independent use. Do not present neighborhood footage as footage of a specific property or imply an endorsement by a person or business shown. Location labels should accurately describe where the media was captured.
Membership credits
One video credit licenses one finished horizontal or vertical video; one photo credit licenses one photo. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. A previously licensed file can be downloaded again without another credit while it remains in the library. Canceling a membership stops new licensing when the paid period ends.
Ownership and audio
360 Realty Photos keeps copyright in the original media. The license transfers usage rights, not ownership. Videos are supplied without third-party commercial music unless the file description expressly states otherwise; you are responsible for music you add when publishing.
